Democrat Chaunté Gilmore is campaigning against Republican Rep. Marilyn Stark for a third time, now with a billboard looming over Northwest Expressway that urges voters to oust their incumbent.

Stark (R-Bethany) addressed the billboard, which says she voted against police and firefighters.
